Please note that an Accommodation’s star rating, other specific ratings or any reference on the Site to the rating on the Site are for your information only (the “Accommodation Ratings”) and are provided only in connection with the Property. Accommodation classifications are based on information we have received from suppliers and accommodations, and are also based on facilities, prices, ratings and services provided.   1. Prices and Price Guarantee policy for accommodations

We strive to offer the most competitive rates and want to pay the lowest possible price for your stay. If you find that you have booked your room or accommodation with the same booking conditions and a lower price online after you have made a booking with suiteabroad.com, we will match the price in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Best Rates policy. For a claim to be valid under this Warranty, it must satisfy and be made in compliance with all terms and conditions of the Best Price Guarantee.

Sometimes cheaper rates are available on the Site for a particular day in a particular stay for the same type of room, however, these rates shown from the stays may carry special restrictions or conditions, for example, regarding cancellation of the reservation and refund.   1. Additional fees by stays

In addition to the reservation prices, some properties will charge a mandatory service fee, surcharges, and local taxes (eg resort fee, amenities, transportation, or city tourist tax). If we have service charge information and local taxes, we will display it with the reservation price. In some locations, accommodations may be required by local law to charge city, bed, tourist occupancy or direct equivalent taxes.

  1. Payments – Credit Card – “Book Now Pay Later” – Age – Fraud

When you prepay for your reservations with suiteabroad.com, you authorize suiteabroad.com to use and process your information – through third parties – in a way that allows us or the issuer of your payment instrument (such as a credit or debit card) to verify your identity. Personal information collected about you that may be shared with third parties (including your financial transactions and/or maintaining your account) is included in our Privacy Policy.

In certain cases, we may require additional information or confirmations to validate and confirm the reservation as set out in more detail on the Website. Your card may also be charged a small verification fee or pre-authorized when you use the “Book Now Pay Later” option. The remaining amount will be deducted after confirmation or on the date of the future payment in the case of booking with the option “Book now and pay later” (see the paragraph above about possible cancellation if the amount is not withdrawn on time under any reason). If you do not meet the requirements or do not meet the terms and conditions of the Installment Facility Program, then installments will not be made available to you.
