Cancellation Policy:

•  All cancellations should be forwarded to the hotel in writing.

• In case of any cancellation 07 days prior to arrival; one full Day will be charged.

• In case of any cancellation 05 days prior to arrival or No-Show; 50 % of the total amount will be charged.

Children Policy:

• For Superior rooms:• First child up to 12 years stays free of charge when sharing parent’s room. (Except Triple room)

• Second child up to 06 years stays free of charge only in a Double room with his parents.

• Second child from 07 up to 12 years in Double room will be charged with 50 % of Half Twin rate.

• In case of 01 adult + 02 children, a Double room rate will be applied.

• Maximum occupancy per room is 02 adults + 02 children or 03 adults.

• For Family Rooms and Suites,

  First and Second child up to 12 years stay free of charge.

Dress Code in Restaurants, bars, and indoor areas:

• • Kindly be informed that a strict dress code is enforced in order to maintain the highest standards of service

    to all guests of all nationalities.

  • Beachwear or swimming suits are not permitted during meals time in all restaurants and lobby area.

  • Likewise, for health and safety reasons, appropriate swimwear is required to be worn in all pools and

    Jacuzzis. Cotton shorts or shirts, sport shorts, loose clothing, long bathing suits or similar items are not

    permitted. Children in diapers are required to use waterproof protectors.

Dress Code in a Swimming pool:

• Always wear Swimsuits, and refrain from cotton clothes.

General Conditions:

• All above rates are subject to change. Reservations are not final until payment is processed successfully and the email confirmation number isreceived within One Hour from booking time.

•  All above rates are subject to hotel availability of a specified category 

• Should governmental taxes increase or any new one is implemented, the hotel reserves the right to add additional taxes accordingly.
