Cancellation & No-Show policy:

• Cancellation within 96 hours from arrival date, one Day charge will be implemented in all periods except high Period 3 Nights will be Charged
  No Show will be charged as a one Day in in all periods except high period 3 Nights will be Charged

Check in & check out

• Any complaints or problems should be reported directly to the Hotel prior to check out.

• Check in time is 15:00 hrs., and check out time is 12:00 noon.

• Late check out will be subject to hotel availability and according to rates set by hotel, payment will be directly to the hotel

Meals

• Breakfast, lunch and dinner served buffet style in “Cibum” OR CITADEL Restaurant.

• Late lite Breakfast is served in “Piazza” Bar.

• Icecream is served during the dinner service in “Cibum” restaurant.

• “Kebabgy” Grill Restaurant (reservation is required).

• “Moonlight” A La Carte Seafood Restaurant: with an extra charge (reservation is required).

• “Maharaja” Indian A La Carte Restaurant: some items are with an extra charge, (reservation is required).

• “Ginza” Japanese A La Carte Restaurant: with an extra charge (reservation is required).

• Beach Bar serving snacks, hot & cold soft beverages and beer at selected times.

• Legends Sports Bar: open in the evenings.

• Churchill’s Pub: open in the evenings.

• Piazza Bar with pizza corner during selected times.

• National Varieties of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages..

• The Hotel management has the right to change any of the above-mentioned facilities or services according to the weather conditions, hotel occupancy and force majeure situations.

Dress Code in Restaurants, bars, and indoor areas:

• Always wear shoes, slippers, or sandals.

• Casual smart attire is required – jacket, shirt, sweater, vest or blouse – pantaloon, short trousers or skirt, coat, blazer or gown.

• Refrain from wearing swimsuits.

• It is particularly not allowed to exit the restaurants carrying any utensils or food and beverage items. Any need for transferring an item to the room – kindly inform a member of the employee; it shall promptly be delivered, by our team members.

Dress Code in a Swimming pool:
• Always wear Swimsuits, and refrain from cotton clothes.

• All above rates are subject to change. Reservations are not final until payment is processed successfully and email confirmation number is received within One Hour from booking time.

•  All above rates are subject to hotel availability .

• Should governmental taxes increase or any new one is implemented, the hotel reserves the right to add  additional taxes  accordingly.
