Booking details:

• Double Standard Room .

• Free access to Aqua Park daily .

Cancellation & No-Show policy:

• During low periods there is no charge for cancelation received at least 7 Days prior to arrival date..

• During normal & high periods there is no charge for cancelation received at least 14 Days prior to arrival date.

• If cancelled later or in case of No-Show, full total stay will be charged as a No Show fees.

• Late check out will be subject to hotel availability and according to rates set by hotel, payment will be directly to the hotel.

Check in & Check out

• Check in time is 15:00 hrs., and check out time is 12:00 noon.

Meals

• Full board Soft all inclusive.

Children Policy for Standard and Family rooms:

• Baby cot is free of charge, Subjected to the hotel availability.

• 01st child till 11.99 is free of charge Join parent’s room

• 02nd child from 06.00 till 11.99 is charged by 50%

• 02nd child from 00 till 05.99 is free of charge Join parent’s room

• Maximum capacity per Standard room (Double +02 child either Triple ) .

• Maximum capacity per family room (Double +02 child either Triple + 01 child) .

Children Policy for Family Suite:

• 01st child till 11.99 is free of charge Join parent’s room.

• 02nd child from 00 till 05.99 is free of charge Join parent’s room.

• 02nd child from 06.00 till 11.99 is charged by 50%.

• 03rd child from 00.00 till 02.99 free of charge in family suite only.

• 03rd child from 03.00 till 11.99 is charged by 50% in family suite only.

• Maximum capacity per family suite (Double +03 child either Triple + 02 child).

• Baby cot is free of charge, Subjected to the hotel availability.

Dress Code in Restaurants, bars, and indoor areas:

• Always wear shoes, slippers, or sandals.

• Casual smart attire is required – jacket, shirt, sweater, vest or blouse – pantaloon, short trousers or skirt, coat, blazer or gown.

• Refrain from wearing swimsuits.

• It is particularly not allowed to exit the restaurants carrying any utensils or food and beverage items. Any need for transferring an item to the room – kindly inform a member of the employee; it shall promptly be delivered, by our team members.

Dress Code in a Swimming pool:
• Always wear Swimsuits, and refrain from cotton clothes.

  received within One Hour from booking time.

• Should governmental taxes increase or any new one is implemented, the hotel reserves the right to add additional taxes  accordingly.
