Booking details:

• Single Standard Room Garden view.

Cancellation & No-Show policy:

• In case of cancellation 03 days (during normal season) or 09 days (during peak period) prior to the arrival date 01 Day will be charged.

• No show fees: 02 Days during normal season and Full stay during peak season.

• Late check-out will be subject to hotel availability and according to rates set by the hotel, payment will be direct to the hotel.

Check-in & Check out

• The hotel will be ensuring a fully serviced room for all guest arrivals after 14:00 hrs.
  Early check-in before 14:00 PM, will be charged
  50% of the contract rates. While before 07:00 AM will be charged as a Full Day rate, is subject to hotel availability.

• On the departure day, rooms must be vacated by in-house guest maximum by 12:00 noon.

  Late check-out till 18:00 hrs will be charged 50% of the contract rates and subject to hotel availability. After 18:00 hrs, 100% of the room rate will be automatically charged.

Meals

• Half Board.

• The upgrade is available to Full Board.

Children Policy:

• Baby cot is free of charge, Subjected to the hotel availability.

• The children sharing parent’s room, are subject to same meal plan apply.

• A child 12 Years or older is charged at  Adult Rate.

• 01st child from 00 till 05.99 is free of charge Join the parent’s room.

• 01st child from 06.00 till 11.99 is charged at  50%.

Dress Code in Restaurants, bars, and indoor areas:

• Always wear shoes, slippers, or sandals.

• Casual smart attire is required – jacket, shirt, sweater, vest or blouse – pantaloon, short trousers or skirt, coat, blazer or gown.

• Refrain from wearing swimsuits.

• It is particularly not allowed to exit the restaurants carrying any utensils or food and beverage items. Any need for transferring an item to the room – kindly inform a member of the employee; it shall promptly be delivered, by our team members.

Dress Code in a Swimming pool:

• Always wear Swimsuits, and refrain from cotton clothes.

General Conditions:

• All above rates are subject to change. Reservations are not final until payment is processed successfully and the email confirmation number is

  received within One Hour from booking time.

•  All above rates are subject to hotel availability of a specified category 

• Should governmental taxes increase or any new one is implemented, the hotel reserves the right to add additional taxes accordingly. 

• The above is a rate offer whereby the hotel reserves the right to change them at any time without notice, whereby only confirmed and fully paid bookings will be granted and honored.
